“Musicians composed our National Anthem and deserve Government recognition” – Orignal K K Kabobo

Ghanaian Highlife Legend KK Kabobo has called on the government to recognize musicians who have paid their dues and served the country with all their might.

Speaking on Mixtic Fb radio with Mixtic, called on the government to come to recognize the efforts of people who have done so much for the country citing the national anthem composition as a contribution to the growth of the country where musicians also play a role.

“Musicians composed our National Anthem and deserve Government recognition” Orignal K K Kabobo said.

The show which was dedicated to celebrating the life of the late A B Crentsil had a lot being said about him (Legacies) and his contribution towards the growth of nightlife music in Ghana.

The legend who died few days ago has I go pay you tomorrow, Moses, Papa Samo, Ayen, Juliana and other great tunes to his credit.

He was one of the “big three” of contemporary Ghanaian vocalists. A B Crentsil won numerous Ghanaian music awards, including the Fontomfrom Evergreen Award, a special honor bestowed upon a musician with 15–20 years of continuous music experience.
