Celebrated Nigerian singer and song-writer, Adekunle Gold, has urged his fellow men to ensure they take proper care of themselves.
The crooner, who is also the husband of Nigerian music superstar, Simi, took to his official X (Twitter) page to advise men to learn to prioritise self-care.
According to him, women are living longer than men, hence, the need for them to take extra care of themselves.
“Men take care of yourself. Grandma plenty pass Grandpa for this world,” he wrote.
Adekunle’s tweet has generated a lot of responses from his followers, some, who agree, that men face a lot of societal pressures, and are also almost always negligent of their health.
