I am learning lessons from the black sherif saga – Gh Artiste Kay Mena

ANDERSON KWAMENA FRIMPONG popularly known as KAY MENA has asserted that he is currently learning from black Sherif’s issue and very careful when dealing with people, especially with regards to agreements and contracts.

The Dancehall/Afrofusion artiste from Winneba, Central Region of Ghana, is one of the most hardworking talents in the region one can talk of as far as music is concerned.

”I am monitoring what is going on around my music colleague black Sherif and learning a lot from this. Most times we need to observe and learn and be better artistes”, Kay Mena wrote in a post.

He made this comment after the former Manager of Black Sherif has sued the musician at an Accra High Court. This comes after the Manager, Snap Chavis Wayne, accused the singer of leaving him dry to sign a record deal with another label, Empire Entertainment, without his approval.

In documents sighted across social media, the suit was filed on Monday, April 11, 2022. Black Sherif is expected to respond to the suit in eight days. In other documents, the former Manager, Snap, is seeking an injunction to be placed on Black Sherif, restricting him from performing at any event until the case has been resolved.
