Ghanaian gospel legend and “All Other gods” hitmaker Apostle Lenny Akpadie has emphatically backed Patience Nyarko for her statement that “Joe Mettle shouldn’t be prioritized among gospel artistes”.
Patience Nyarko made this statement weeks ago on Onua FM which had raised a lot of controversies.
Apostle Lenny Akpadie explaining his thoughts on the issue on Entertainment Arena on Kingdom FM with Londona, stated that Patience Nyarko is right and he’s on Patience Nyarko’s side. It is not right to prioritize one artiste among the numerous gospel artistes in Ghana because everyone has a role to play since they’re all working for soul winning for the kingdom.
He again said that, the people saying Joe Mettle can represent Ghana internationally might only be doing that to hype him.
“They are just saying it to hype Joe Mettle”, he said.
He however, said we should allow others to express themselves without criticising them wrongly when it comes to issues of the industry and kingdom. Again musicians should be awarded rightfully if they deserve it. He therefore advised all gospel artistes to come together and build a strong industry and kingdom.
