Information gathered by Youngprs.com indicates that employers of Eliza’s Restaurant and Bar are unfairly treating their employees and indiscriminately terminating contracts of workers.
Speaking to a victim (name withheld) indicated that a letter of termination was given, without any reason just exactly one month after employment.
The victim said, a termination letter was handed over without any explanation and was advised to hand over all company’s possessions to authorities.
“It’s just one month I got employed and I’m laid off with any tangible explanation and it’s something they’ve been doing all the time”.
Our source also revealed that Eliza’s Restaurant and Bar has no tourism license and fire certificate among others and are operating within the jurisdiction of Ghana.
The company in question has allegation like illegal mounting of bill boards across the cities among others leveled against the them.
The national labour commission (NLC) is therefore being called to look into this matter accordingly, to bring smooth welfare between employers and employees.
