The Silver Jubilee Edition of Emancipation Day Commemorates the End of Slavery and Reconnects the Diaspora with Ancestral Roots

The ceremony’s focal point was the sacred Assin Manso, where Maame Grace, with her profound spiritual wisdom, guided the visitors from the Diaspora through the first bath of return—a symbolic rite of passage that invited them back to the embrace of the motherland and their ancestral home.
