THE IMPACT OF EVANGELIST CECILIA MARFO TO THE WORLD

 

Evangelist Cecelia Marfo is a Ghanaian born anointed woman of God who has been through the thick and thin of life in her quest to serve God.

Born and raised from the Ashanti Region of Ghana, the anointed woman of God spent most of her lives at Edumafa prayer camp located in the central region of Ghana where she waited and sought the face of God.

After years of serving under the ministry of Maame Grace of Edumfa, God answered her prayer of giving her life as an offering to the Lord.

In 1998, her first praises and meditation album ”Mere Hwihwe Wo” Was released followed by “Manwonsaso” among others, in 2010 the Lord lifted the minister through “Afunumuba” album that made airwaves in Ghana and across the world, that album won her the 2011 MTN Ghana Music Awards Gospel song of the year in addition to song writer of the year.

Other awards include the Ghana Gospel Industry Awards Gospel Song of the, Song Collaboration of the year and Female Vocalist of the year.

Evangelist Cecelia Marfo is a peculiar servant of God who believes in praises and worship instead of centralizing in prophecy, she exhibits the power of God through her song ministration where a lot of souls held captive gets release and the sick gets healed.

The General Overseer of the Cecelia Marfo Worship Conference Center also known as “Osoree Fie” which has impacted a lot of lives from the likes of pastors, civil servants, Gospel Musician and the world at large.

The Cecelia Marfo Worship Conference Center is a place where Christians travel from all walks of life to seek the face of God with outstanding testimonies. Her foundation (Cecelia Marfo Foundation) which was launched in 18th December 2011 has accommodated numerous Christians who sought refuge across the nation and as well the needy.

The 2011 Ghana Music gospel artist of the year winner has graced the prayer for peace concert which was held in Kumasi to calm the nerves of Ghanaians towards the 2012 general elections.

She graced the Adom Praize at 10 with the American gospel singer and queen of praise Cece Winans in 2012, Ron Kenley and Kirk Franklin in 2013 and Israel Houghton alongside Cece Winans in 2014.

Evangelist Cecelia Marfo has a traditional music concert (Hallelujah Tsooboi Praise) that features some local gospel artist annually.
